About Us

Root Dental Lab was founded in 1964 by Daniel Root and is currently under the Leadership of his son Randall Root.  Root Lab has had the benefit and pleasure of working for many members and past presidents of the AAID, and others. 

To date, Root Lab has manufactured over 20,000 subperiosteal implants, 250,000 fixed units on blades, and restored more than 750,000 root formed implants along with countless crown and bridge restorations. Root Laboratory has worked for 28 universities and institutions, 23 foreign countries and all 50 states. We have over 40 employees with 30 years of individual lab experience AND 10 employees with over 40 years; the combined experience of all lab techs totals more than 1800 years.
